1. Check your billing information
Double-check your payment information for recurring payments or accidental duplicate purchases (note that all payments have a status, make sure the status of the second payment is not ""declined"")
2. Check your card balance
In case of the second charge, the amount on your card will have to be reduced by the double debit value.
3. Contact our support team
Our team is available to assist you in investigating a double charge. Please provide a screenshot of the charges and we will be happy to provide a solution.
